and Embroidered items are custom orders, so please be aware that we cannot
accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to check your spelling and font
ordering before placing your order. If we should have any
questions, we will happily give you a call. If an item is personalized
with the incorrect spelling based on the information given by the customer, we will
not be responsible for this mistake. If the incorrect spelling is due to
an error on our part, it will be corrected at no extra cost to our customer.
